Refund policy

I want you to feel confident in your new artwork. Because I understand that art can look different in your specific space and lighting, I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on fixed-price original paintings purchased directly from my shop.

Auction pieces are final sale. By placing a bid, you are committing to purchase, and auction wins are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of damage during shipping (see below).

1. Return Window (Fixed-Price Originals Only)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify me if you wish to return your artwork. To initiate a return, please contact me at jerry@jerryhoush.com with your order number and reason for return. The painting must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must ensure the package is tracked and insured for the full value of the artwork. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Missing or Damaged Artwork

I take great care in packaging my work to ensure it arrives safely. If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please also notify me immediately if the artwork is listed as missing in transit. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund. This applies to both fixed-price and auction pieces.

4. How to Process a Return (Fixed-Price Originals Only)

  1. Email me at jerry@jerryhoush.com within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Once the return is authorized, repackage the art in its original shipping materials. This is crucial for insurance purposes.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured service.
  4. Once the artwork is received in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Commissioned Works

Commissioned paintings are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once completed. If you have concerns about a commission during the process, please contact me before final payment so we can address any adjustments.
