Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All original paintings ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Orders are processed within 7–10 business days after purchase or auction close. This window allows time for paintings to finish drying if required. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping is a flat $15 per painting, regardless of size or destination within the US.

Local Pickup & Delivery (Twin Cities)

If you're in the Twin Cities metro area, you can select free local pickup at checkout, or free local delivery within ~10 miles. I'll personally deliver your painting and email you to arrange a time that works.

International Shipping

I currently ship only within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, please contact me at jerry@jerryhoush.com — I may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Packaging & Insurance

Original paintings are carefully packaged using archival materials and protective wrapping to ensure safe arrival. All shipments include tracking and are insured.

Damage or Loss

If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. See my Refund Policy for details on replacement or refund.
